DESCRIPTION:
Soft skills of graduates preparing to enter the labour market are as important as hard competences. The aim of the Soft Skills project is to analyse the needs in terms of horizontal competences from the point of view of both entrepreneurs and young jobseekers. On the basis of surveys, the project implementers identified 12 competences which are worth developing and training, including: communication, cooperation, creativity, time management or resistance to stress. Based on the needs analysis, the partners developed a two-week workshop for Gaziantep University graduates in both on-site and online formats. The results of the training, together with the follow-up of the students' careers, will serve as an indicator of the effectiveness and efficiency of the activities carried out, and the developed course will be the main outcome of the project.
