MATT - Mapping Teacher Training in Europe. European teachers lack experience in teaching in multilingual classes attended by immigrant children. In the context of growing diversity, teacher training can provide effective learning for children who do not speak the language of the school, making them multilingual. As part of the project, experts and academic teachers representing universities, associations and research institutions will "map" pedagogical innovations, technologies and trends in teaching and learning foreign languages. They will assess how they can be used to develop the best training model for Native Language Teachers that will meet new challenges in native language teaching.
