PROJECT OVERVIEW

The "Entrepreneurship skills as a path to efficient inclusion in society" project aims to address the challenges faced by young people, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, in integrating into the labor market. This initiative comes at a crucial time as Europe recovers from the socio-economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. The project focuses on equipping youth workers with the necessary skills and resources to train young individuals in entrepreneurship. By fostering an entrepreneurial mindset, the project seeks to promote self-employment and the creation of start-ups, particularly among youth facing health problems, disabilities, and socio-economic obstacles.

This project is built on the premise that entrepreneurship can be a powerful tool for social inclusion, economic growth, and personal empowerment. Through a series of transnational meetings, local activities, and international training courses, the project will develop comprehensive educational materials, including an E-Handbook and a Guide-book, which will be translated into multiple languages. These resources will provide youth workers with innovative methods and tools to inspire and support young entrepreneurs in their communities.

The partnership consists of five organizations from Poland, Estonia, France, the Netherlands, and Italy, each bringing unique expertise and perspectives to the project. The collaboration aims to create a robust network for sharing best practices and developing effective training methodologies that can be used across different cultural and educational contexts.
