GENERAL INFORMATION:

On the second-degree studies, the graduates get the highest qualifications for exercise a profession of a beauty therapist. Having the master’s degree, they become specialists in organising and running beauty salons, health and aesthetic clinics, podology and trichology centers, hotel spa and wellness centers. Second-degree studies broaden the knowledge of grooming and therapeutic procedures, correct analysis of the ingredients of cosmetics and their applications. The graduates are prepared to cooperate with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic medicine physicians about body care, and with cosmetic companies as independent consultants/trainers/lecturers.

The idea of education on the second-degree of studies on the faculty of cosmetology assumes that the graduates will get knowledge and skills necessary for target vocational competences on the job market. The graduates of the second-degree studies are perfectly prepared, because they possess the thorough theoretical knowledge in the environment of cutting-edge beauty therapy services. During the course they can choose one of the three eduactional paths and receive necessary competences in the sphere of trichology, podology and leadership skills about managing spa centers and beauty salons.
