GENERAL INFORMATION

The aim of the first degree studies of the faculty of Internal Security is to prepare our graduates to work in  lots of professions connected with widely known counteracting threats and the processes of responding to them. The educational goal  is to acquire skills and knowledge in the field of law, in the context of regulating spheres related to infernal security, state security, crisis management and the subject of security on the vocational level (ecological, financial, energetic and health security) and to the issues of different kinds of crime. The studies have an interdisciplinary shape which means that the syllabus comprises preparation in the field of legal sciences, economics or management, taking into account the functioning and organization of the public administration in Poland.

 

Our graduates can successfully find jobs in the following institutions: 

• secret service,
• police forces,
• inspectorates and guard services,
• units of public administration performing tasks in the field of internal security, protection of classified secrecy, crisis management,
• internal security services,
• administration of justice as consultants and experts in creating a safe surrounding in an urban, district and local administration,
• specialized media publishers and all the types of mass media focusing on internal security, foundations and social organizations dealing with internal security.
