Verbal and nonverbal communication - 2nd LTT in the frame of KAFFI project
As part of the KAFFI project, the second LTT training took place on April 12-16, 2021. Unfortunately, it had to be organized online due to the pandemic and country-specific restrictions. The organizer of the training was WSBINOZ. During the five-day training, participants talked about non-verbal and verbal communication, which are an important part of our daily life: work, school, friends, etc. It is said that only 35% of information is conveyed in words (some sources only 7%), which means that communication verbal - compared to non-verbal communication - is quite weak. This means that non-verbal communication is a necessary complement to it, as it includes apparent behaviors such as facial expressions, eyes, touch and tone of voice, as well as less obvious messages such as clothing, posture, and spatial distance between two or more people. Misunderstandings most often arise when messages are conveyed solely in words - for example, when we contact someone by phone or over the Internet.
The training was an excellent opportunity to share and exchange knowledge between partners on the above-mentioned topics and how they come into contact with it in their organizations.
The event's partner was Tkalnia Zagadek, thanks to which the partners learned the secrets of designing ESCAPE ROOMs.
