SOFT SKILLS - interwievs
New series of interviews: Soft skills of young people entering the labour market
In today's rapidly changing world, soft skills play a key role in young people's adaptation to the demands of the modern labour market. In a new series of interviews, available in three languages - Polish, English and Turkish - we take a look at how young people cope with career challenges after completing their education.
In the interviews, our interviewees, including staff working with Gaziantep University, share their insights on skills such as time management, work ethic, innovation and interpersonal communication. They emphasise the importance of creativity, flexible thinking and stress management skills, which are essential in the modern professional environment.
One of the main topics of discussion is the digital divide between the younger generation and older workers, and how these differences affect work efficiency and collaboration. Experts point out that young workers often have great technological skills, but lack the practical experience that is only gained once they enter the job market.
In addition, issues of equality in the workplace are raised, such as gender equality in management and the importance of partnerships between employees and employers. Work ethics in the context of hybrid and remote working, which has become the norm in many industries, is also an important part of the discussion.
If you want to learn more about what soft skills are most valued by employers today, and the challenges facing young people entering the job market, be sure to watch our interviews. They are available in Polish, English and Turkish, so there is something for everyone.
