TRANSNATIONAL TRAINING EVENT

The in-service training programme for VET lecturers was aimed at adult educators, guidance workers, employment officers, etc. and included 40 hours of introductory materials for frontline staff. The training materials were designed to introduce the new remote working resources developed and to identify and explain the new approaches required to effectively use and integrate the new key tools into daily career support activities. The emphasis of this part of the training programme was to ensure that VET lecturers, employers, business leaders and employees are aware of the new developed resources and are confident that they can use them to support users in their remote working efforts.

The training took place in Ireland from 11-13.04.2022 and was hybrid in nature.
