We have started a series of pilot workshops for the training model in the NEMO project. We are working on concepts and types of conflicts and ways of dealing with them, as well as techniques for resolving this type of situation.
In the NEMO project, the target group are young people from 16 to 30 years of age entering the transition between the education system and the labor market. Then young person is especially exposed to many different types of conflicts, with some situations being completely new. The model and tools developed in the partnership are designed to familiarize young people with conflict resolution techniques but also to open up to a new perspective on this type of circumstances. The conflict should be seen not only as a difficult situation but at the same time giving potentially new, previously unknown solutions.
