Healthy eating - colorful living
As part of the Free To Play Together project, we had the opportunity to organize another practical workshop on healthy eating for the youngest. Students and lecturers from WSBINOZ have prepared several games related to healthy eating habits and a healthy and active lifestyle. Also during this workshop, we talked with children about the importance of including disabled students through sport. The workshops were also a good opportunity to check their involvement in sports activities.
During the workshops we raised the following issues:
- How to prepare a balanced meal
- Physical activity every day
- Regular drinking milk
- Eating fish
- Avoiding sugar and sweets
- Eating fruit and vegetables
- Avoiding junk food
- Drinking mineral water
- Regular food during the day
- Healthy substitutes
