The project created a comprehensive set of learning materials, documents and research resources to support the stated objectives. A key outcome was innovative teaching materials developed for educators, trainers and other professionals working in the area of student skills development. These materials were designed to be easily adaptable to different educational contexts, enabling effective use in everyday work.
In the process of implementing the project, research was carried out to provide a factual basis for the development of the materials and tools. The results of the research provided a better understanding of the needs of the target groups and the challenges faced by educators. Based on this data, recommendations and specific guidelines were created and incorporated into the developed resources.
Training and coaching sessions were also an integral part of the project, which provided participants with the opportunity to put into practice the knowledge they had gained. The training sessions were designed to be interactive, involving participants and allowing for the exchange of experiences.
